Bulldogs that are not happy don’t usually have a relaxed face and are prone to occasionally licking their lips which is a telltale sign of anxiety. Their tail is also pointing down or tucked between their legs which also conveys their fear.

Bulldogs that are destructive doesn’t just mean that they are bored. Sometimes, it is their way of telling you that they are not happy and they need to release their stress and anxiety. If this is the case, then expect that you’re going to deal with chewed-on furniture, dug out holes, and even thrashed rooms. They could also be uncooperative in activities even as simple as walking where it can be observed that they are lagging behind and not willing to keep pace or go to the direction you lead them to. Further, they can be observed to get easily aggressive towards people and other pets as well. If this is not the normal behavior of your doggo, then might as well trace what’s causing it.

Addressing what causes unhappiness on your doggo is vital in ensuring that they are well and good at all times.
